Truck is slow, slow to built rev (video)

Since i've put my 35'' on the truck, the motor have a hard time pulling past 4K rpm. It make alot of noise, but doesn't pull ''hard'' and i have no check engine. Fully service 1 month ago and IMRC (intake manifold runner control) was replace 2 or 3 month ago.

Is that a normal ''problem'' from having bigger tire?

Or my truck have a problem?

2005 F150 FX4 with the 5.4L V8, stock gears, so 3.73

Thanks

Edit: I have a magnaflow catback, K&N intake and Edge tuner.

I took a quick vid tonight, first gear only.

With stock gears, and no tune to adjust ur speedo it will be very sluggish and hard to tell how fast you are actually accelerating

Not to mention a big strain on the trans with no gears

Maybe you have your rev limiter and shift points set where your truck won't rev higher than 4,000 rpms by accident!

your truck has an electronic throttle and they have had problems. that could be your power issue. is your truck shifting under 4k at wot or is it not shifting at all unless you let off the throttle? but i would also think about slingshots post.

The truck shift close to 5400 and shift by itself at wot.

Maybe i should take it on video.

That is odd, but my guess is the massive addition of rotating mass is all ur troubles. Get some 4.56 gears and try that again.

Its just because of your big tires.

x2! dont forget with those bigger tires your going faster than the speedo says you are unless you programmed them into the edge to recalibrate it.

I recalibrated the speedo with my GPS. So everything is ok.

I guess it's just the big tires. It look good, but it's simply to slow

Atleast i have my GSX-R 1000 for speed
