are all supercrews with the 4.6 like this?
I've been busy ,so I havent finished the exhaust on my 97 F150 ext cab 4.6L DOHC (2004 motor) most definitly getting the Lightning blower I previously had on my Expeditions 5.4.
Somehow I DON"T think getting on the highway will be any problem at all. A 4400lb truck pushing an easy 400-450hp supercharged, and I'm being VERY conservative.

.I'm running for naturally aspired the Aviator intake, with the runner butterflies actuating from a Cobra actuator and MSD digital window switch. The upper lid was totally cut and modded with a modded Lightning plenum and throttlebody.
To do an easy Lightning blower, I got another aviator lower manifold, cut/milled down it's runners, removed the butterflies and actuator. I'm going to drill and tap the bottom of it to create a vac-drain like the Lightning has. Then I'm simply going to use a plate of 1/2" aluminum to bolt down on the lower manifold, drop the blower ontop, Cut the openings. Strangely a SBC late 80's early90's six rib serpentine crank pulley fits exactly within the 4.6 balancer pulley and almost lines up perfect to the bolt holes.
