How do I change out a key lock cylinder. My F150 1995 is sitting in the driveway running. I can't turn it off because the key just turns and turns.
How can I fix it?

 

turn key to on position (even though yours already is), then take a screwdriver or pick and from the bottom of steering column under the key lock cyl. there should be a small hole in the panel, stick it up there to push in a pin then the cyl. just slides right out.
