Just looks - I didn't know you could get them without being stainless ..? Dangit! I would have purchased mild steel if they offered it.

Now remember from my post a week or so ago about my doors not locking? I cant lock or unlock with my alarm nor can I lock or unlock from my driver side door, but can only unlock but not lock from the passenger side. Should I check something first like a fuse before I take it in to the guy who installed my alarm? I have that hornet alarm but did not do the remote start.

Mine did that once. I couldn't figure it out. One day I was working on something else and found a bad fuse that had no relation to the door locks.

I had the battery disconnected / replaced "un--related" fuse and finished up on the other repair (un-related as well) / rebooted the PCM and noticed the door locks working again later on

Look for a bad fuse, check all of them and try rebooting if you want. It worked for me on a 98.

Hey JB, I talked to a muffler shop and they said they will charge me $60.00 to install both CC's and they would keep the old ones. Regular charge would be $125.00 if I kept the CC's. I think its a good deal even though I may be able to get more bucks, maybe 10-20 more if I kept them and sold them to the recycling shop, and I dont have to worry about looking for one and trying to get the best amount out of them....What do you think?

That sounds fair- I have a kid that's taking my in for me. I have 6 to sell to the recyclers - he's suppose to be over today after school - he's taking a few Blocks and Aluminum head sets to them as-well - oh and a few cast crank shafts. I'll let you know how he makes out.
