So you're saying that after 115K (my truck) and 103K (OP's truck) that the cats will flow just as well as the day they left the factory?

THEY ARE NOT CLOGGED! THEY DO NOT NEED TO BE GUTTED!

What part of that are you having trouble comprehending?

And to that, I'm also saying, QUIT TELLING PEOPLE THEIR CATS ARE CLOGGED. And quit implying that their gas milage will increase should they gut them.

I think jward is trying to say NICELY that not in all cases are people's converters clogged up, therefore it would be inappropriate to tell them to gut them if there is nothing wrong with them. Now, if your's did happen to clog up, then yes, gutting them would restore fuel economy and power, due to the fact they are severely restricting exhaust gas flow.
