TOOOO many codes

I just had my engine rebuilt and I got about 30 miles on it when the check engine light came on.
I pulled the codes and heres what I got:
KOEO
117 Engine Coolant
638 Trans temp
126 MAP
122 Throttle pos
112 Intake Air Temp
337 EGR Pressure feedback
654 Manual Level Position
513 replace PCM
553 AIRB & AIRD
565 Canister Purge Solenoid
556 Fuel pump circuit
558 EGR Pressure feedback
621 Trans solenoid
622 Trans solenoid
631 4 Low Light fail
629 Trans solenoid
626 Trans solenoid
624 Trans solenoid
CM
512 Keep alive battery dead

I haven't had a chance to do much looking around as I ran out of daylight. It almost seems like a plug is disconnected, but some of these are for sensors on the block and if that plug was off the injectors and ignition would be crippled. Any thoughts?

Almost forgot its a '94 F350 EEC4 OBD1

You lost one of your power feeds (the one to all those actuators and sensors).

You need to state which engine and which transmission (be specific) you have. The circuits are different.

Also, do you have any engine performance "chips" installed? If so, remove it.

Upon a closer look of one of the drawings, I'd suggest double-checking the PCM and other grounds first.

Other than the CEL coming on, where there any drivability symptoms?

the engine is a 351W tranny E4OD

everything is bone stock

it is running rough.

I had been having issues with bad fuel in the front tank, and my timing was off. I got the timing straight, and am running off the rear tank which I just dropped and cleaned. After doing this it ran like a champ, until the CEL came on. Actually it came on and ran rough for about a minute, then went off and ran fine again. Then it came on and stayed.

Okay. 5.8L.

I'd still suggest going over your grounds, especially any that go to the PCM area (firewall) and that connect the engine block/head (if any) to the rest of the system.
