lOST POWER

i HAD A VALVE JOBE DONE ON MY HEADS @ 110k NOW IFI FLOOR IT ,IT REVES AND THE MOTOR IS NOISY BUT IT DOESN'T GO VERY FAST,NOT LIKE IT DID BEFORE.I HAD A SPARK PLUG DISNERGRATE AND TOOK OUT THE EXHAUST VALVE IN #4 CYL. NOW MY GAS MILAGE HAS DROPPED WAY DOWN. iF I ACCELERATE SLOWLY IT WILL GET UP TO HIGH SPEEDS 140 /160 BY FLOORING IT 120 AND HARDLY INCREASES SPEED,VERY NOISY RATTLE. I ordered a fuel tester kit that cleans ,hoping it is dirty injectors. When I pulled the motor out the fuel line got caught and streched it some before I seen it ,could that have caused a kink in fuel pressure.

You are either on drugs or retarded. Maybe both.

First thing is to not use capitol letters for typeing your text.
The cam phasing at the timing chains/gears may not have been reset properly.
This would affect the fuel delivery timing the cam sensor has to use.
Anything beyond this is still a guess.
Good luck.

Sorry about the letters,I didn't see it until after I posted.I had a diagnostic done at ford and they suggested cleaning the injectors, would it not detect if the cams were not timed correctly.I have around 170 lb compression +/- 5lb idles smooth no missing,no codes. I am thinking if I kinked the fuel line it might have low fuel pressure, thats why I ordered a fuel tester,I can check fuel system and clean the injectors. No I am not drunk or on drugs,I found that offensive,I am omly looking for help, not as young and sharp anymore. At 95.00 an hr I can't afford to have them do everything, they want 150.00 to clean injectors, being retired the money just isn't there anymore.

With the police and radar around here that is high speeds,50k over the posted speed limit and they impound your vehicle for 7 to 30 days suspend licence and the fines are crazy, factor in all costs including insurance and its hefty, around $10,000

Anything over 100mph here is considered criminal, high chance of jail time and/or probation.

Obviously he means kilometers per hour. Must be one of our friends from north of the border. 120 to 160 kilometers per hour = 74 mph to 99 mph.

Well why don't you tell everyone what motor you have - 98 Ford ?

It's better if you put that info up in the top right corner .

Most of us uses MPH, not kilometers. So if you make the conversions yourself, you might receive more help..
