HA! Mannnn.....I had to clean all the pulleys individually , it was like someone packed mud into the cups -baside of the pulley, I can't believe they even turned before I started on it..- The tensioner was locked up as well, I had to take the alternator off first to get the belt off. - It really sucked!! Once the alternator off - It just 4 bolts and all that stuff in the Pic comes off the motor in one piece - Fixed the tensioner - Didn't have to buy anything yet ..

Clean motor!! Well , that's where we left off . We got a plan together - Hooked up a RIGID vac with a big brush adapter.. Between that and compressed air - Quickest way to clean it up I figure.. So I'll get a pic when it done. Nephews birthday party today , so I won't work on - My kid might.. - I didn't beive she changed here fuel filter yesterday - she was only out there no more than 20 minutes - She used the tool that came with the new filter (plastic one) - I picked up the filter box to see if was empty - Nope ! So I figured she was Bullsh^ting me . When I confronted her about it - She said she put the OLD filter back in the box , just forgot to thow it away , sorry dad .. I can usually trust her about most everything.. I think I'll have her change mine if she's that good at it..

Use to do that when I was a kid - My dad and his buddies would get together once in awhile where I grew up. I recall pushing two picnic tables together and they would lay out their guns and ammo and have fun shooting targets and clay pigeons all day. Us kids would have fun after they left. We used a three wheeler ATV with a trailer and would collect all the clays that weren't destroyed out in the yard and finish them up.. We were only allowed to use the shot guns anyway .. Muzzle loaders if dad was around - We all were given ML kits one year for Christmas and built are own. We use to take those out back , fill up a bunch of empty jugs w/water and set them on top of a old refrigerator - then recycle, the ML way..

LOL - That reminds me - My dad had an old Forty four forty always by the front door. I remember we were trying to watch TV and some kids were lighting fireworks out on the road by the pond. My dad yelled at them from the porch to knock it off , but they wouldn't listen... My dad grabs the rifle , mom rolls her eyes, dad just smirks and we were glued to front window watching all this now..

Man it looked like he was going to shoot them at first !!! Nah, he fired the rifle hitting the water in the pond just short of them and maannnn, I could not believe how much water splashed when he hit the pond!! Those kids sh^t there pants and took off. - That was the funniest thing I have ever seen , we were rolling.., well until dad told us to shut up and watch TV - We listened to dad..

I don't keep any guns around any more. My Ithaca was a present , that's why I still have that one..I should clean it up..

Thanks -

She's a little over a year old. Also a mix breed with more Lab characteristics.

Good Dog! - Easy to train.

I have a Black Lab/Chow and she is one of the easiest dogs ever to train. Super smart buy she sometimes gets the bad attitude of the chow. Then I have a AKC Chocolate Lab male.

Hey Jim, this all has be laughing a bit.
Where did she learn that from?
Some things come back to haunt don't they?
Making her clean the rest of the truck should result in the advancment of women-kind when the next urge come calling to do it again.
It's called being responsible for ones actions.
If it were my daugher or son that done it, the truck would sit a long time to make sure the message got delivered.

She probably wasn't drinking because she asked someone, " Here, hold my beer and watch this!"

A dog with attitude That's funny .. Like a lab , she likes the outdoors. Loves to go swimming and is a riot in the snow -

When I did this stuff - she wasn't around ? I know , doesn't matter . Between the pictures and stories she's heard in the past , about my past , must make perfect sense to her .. Dad did it before type thing ..

Well , she went out in the shop last night for a couple hours and cleaned the electrical stuff up on the fire wall, A few old tooth brushes, vacuum and compressed air. - That's where I suggested she start. She finishes that , I think we can get the rest of the engine with a power washer.

Yea , I don't think she'll be doing that again..

She did make the comment - "I didn't screw it up that bad, it didn't cost anything to fix."

I just haven't billed her yet
