2003 F150 Dead!!
you should hear the fuel pump whine a little bit, like a small power steering pump. If the fuel filter was clogged up pretty good, its gonna shorten the life of the fuel pump.
you can spray some carb cleaner into the intake and see if it will act like its just about to turn over. If it does then you have air and ignition, but dont have fuel

I really appericate your due diligence in helping me. I'm thinking it is the fuel pump. I'm going to get it to the dealer today. I'll update with info once problem is resolved.

After being @ the dealer for three days, they found the problem. The wiring harness coming through the firewall from the PCM had a short effecting the Coils. The short was on under hood on passenger side ~ 3 inches from firewall. The wiring was rubbing against AC accumalator. The fix was to repair 3 wires, re-route away from accoumaltor & replace #1 coil. $426.00 later everything seems to be running fine.
My f150 is totally stock (execpt for Alpine Head unit & speakers) so anyone with the older body style >2003 may want to check their wiring. The service writer said they have seen this several times.
Again tanks to all, especially jbrew for helping me through this.

No problem , glad she's fixed. WOW , that must have really freaked your coils out because your wires don't have to be bare to effect your coils in that local..
What I mean - Ford put out a TSB that user PKRWD informed us about a couple years back, stating - If your wiring harness is to close to the AC Accumulator , it will create havoc with the engines COP systems.. Multiple Misfires, Misfires below 1000 rpms, purdy much everywhere thru the RPM range.
I moved the entire harness away from the accumulator all together a few years back..
Congrats!!
