Yeah I did it in my garage. I think the reason they wouldnt want it on all the time is mostly for winter driving...

I'll take a 4.9 over my 5.4....... gets worse gas milage, but so much more potential, more power and butt loads more torque with less weight plus they are bullet proof. They like punishment, it only makes them stronger.

The new paint looks great!! It really makes it stand out much more!!You do great work man

2low2slow, you realize that builts truck is a 4x4 right??I think he is building a great truck IMO.Lifted a little w/ 33's that looks great and it will show almost anyone the tail lights after thisLowering it would make it weak even if it was faster IMO.

I'm with 2low2slow. Typically you want to be "low" when you "go fast" for obvious reasons. It's a legitimate question.

I'd like to add another question to Built. Any thoughts of maybe getting a second set of wheels and tires for racing? I think they would help performance.

Yes I have thought about that, I have 31x14x16 DOT slicks on aluminum wheels for the back. If you guys didnt notice, I lowered the back 2" and the front 1.5".
