Im sure all belt slip is eliminated. I put a wrench on the blower pulley, and by turning that wrench, it will turn the engine over, without slipping the belt one bit.

Can I ask what size blower pulley & the size of the extra idler pulley is?

Thinking of selling the cog setup and going back to regular type pulleys.If I do I like to get a MP idler bracket.

That belt sure is a close fit! With that much belt wrap, I would hope you don't see any slippage!

damn thats a tight belt, hope the input shaft can handle that load on the bearing.

Its not that tight, its just a lot of wrap

the blower pulley is 2.75, the top idler is 100mm, and the bottom two are 90's

so if I run my 2.5 blower pulley ,I should have plenty of clearance for the 100mm top idler.

well the original "project" is on hold because something else came up with the truck, so this should be done by the weekend, and the original project will continue! My camera isnt uploading pics right now, so im gonna get that figure out and put them up
