OK this is really aggravating me. I still haven't heard from my tuner, so i don't know whats up, but I reinstalled my tune and set my tps voltage to 1.00, couldn't get any closer to .99 without boring the hole. I started it up and it idles pretty good, but I can tell its building up with fuel. I took it for a drive, and since I never did it, I pushed the pedal down and it just popped and cut out, then I let out and it ran kinda uneven till i revved it up a little i guess to clean it out. Sounds like its really rich hu?

I had to massage my tps with a Dremel to get it to rotate. As it turned out, it would have been easier to grind down the screw heads a little, as that was what kept it from rotating enough. I did drill out the screw holes , but very little.

You me be seeing plug blow out if you are in the 15 psi range. You could go down as low as .028 on the gap, as long as you can maintain a decent idle.

The swap should have been easy to tune for. Just plug in a Lightning program and tweak it. The fly in the ointment is the combo of the Big Air MAF, cams and the ported blower. It looks like you need to find a tuner that is accessible and has a dyno.

Did he send you any results? If so can you post them here?

That's kinda hard to believe - because if it is fueling, it will show up, whatever the root cause, be it MAF, pressure, O2's , etc .... would it not?

Did you submit both Closed Loop and Open Loop data?

If you can get the results posted the real experts here can take a gander....

"The logs look great, there is nothing wrong with the short term fuel trims or anything else as far as I can see.

A wideband will not read richer then 9.0 so your 7.0 reading is false and I think you have something wrong electrically. If I were you I would go over everything and I would check fuel pressure. Tune wise there is nothing wrong from what I can tell on these logs. "

Thats all I got.

ok.. now i'm getting confused.

He says you didn't give him valid wideband data, but from STFT values, he's inferrring that A/F's are fine? I'm not even sure this is that accurate.

Then why the fuel pressure reference? Waht specifically about the pressure is he talking about?

Something's not adding up for me ....

I think JMC's advice is probably the best approach now, painful as it may be. You need 'eyes-on' by an experienced lightning tuning expert with appropriate facilities.

Got any vacation? Road trip to TP is... how far exactly ?

I know you have a tow vehicle

Good luck.
