Typically, with 91 generally being considered the lowest common denominator for a 'premium' octane, most tuners specify '91 octane or higher' for their premium tuning. Edge does this for it's L3 tunes, and Superchips does as well.

I will be able to notice a difference with the 91 octane tune though wont I?

Oh yes - I used to have one of those original 1715's. The shifting improvements in particular are worth it, all by themselves.

It's not going to compare with current-level tuning that's now available ( e.g custom), but still noticeable - and for $10... with a possible small mileage gain to offset the increased $ in fuel ( which is only about $/tank anyway).... hmmmm
