Nah - you'd not notice any gains on a stock truck.

That tuner will work on the MY range indicated. As long as the current owner returned it to stock, it's good to go.

Given it's vintage (up to 2002) it's very likely - almost certian in fact - that it's the single program unit. The 3-program 1715's came out in late 2003.

Good plan.

Fer 10 bucks, I think you could always get out of it what you paid for it and then some.

I got myself a BBK 75mm Throttle body about a year ago. you cant really tell an improvment performance wise but it sure does make the motor look nice.

Well as it turns out it is the single flash unit Oh well I can wait for a 3 ranger to come out sometime! No use in bidding on something that requies 91 oct. fuel to perform. Or could I run 87 on the 91 tune...or is that not a good idear?

Did some more research and from what I gather it won't really hurt an engine or am I reading some nonsense? 91 tune on 87 fuel.....i dunno!

No! never do that.

Run the octane the tune specifies, or engine damage may result.
