1997 computer chip
I currently have a 1997 F-150 4.2 but lacks power on hills where would I go to get a computer chip or any suggestions to increase horsepower without incurring too much Expense $$$$$$$$$

Item one is your least expensive, but least capable, choice.
Don't know what your budget is, but I'd go with a custom-tuned flash programmer - Xcal2 ( item 14).
