Try the warantee stuff first. Free is always a good place to start. If no success, any good muffler shop can weld a crack. I welded my son's ranger cat that had two 6 inch cracks about 4 months ago. Still no leaks.

200,000 on these cats - actually , more like 250,000 , that's how many miles are on the truck . New Motor in 01 , warranty

Warranties up I'm afraid , But that's good to know F151 - I wasn't aware of the cat warranties..
