How to replace vacuum line from EGR valve

I have a 93' f150 with 302. The check engine light keeps coming on so I did a vacuum test and found that the green line that runs from my EGR sensor to the regulator on the other side of the engine is cracked. What's the best way to replace this line?

Don't. Break it clean at the crack, & remove any additional degraded or brittle line. Buy a foot or so of some rubber vacuum line that BARELY fits over the plastic one, cut it to length, and slip it over the gap.

Why not replace the whole line?

Thanks.

No need, and since you can't get green line, it would become harder to keep track of what it is later. It also gives you the chance of cross-connecting it.
