Replacing Both Head Gaskets

I am going to start tearing apart the engine and doing this soon, and I was looking at parts, and I found that the "head gasket set" is cheaper than buying all parts individually. So my question is, is there a difference between buying all parts seperatly (both gaskets, valve cover gasket, valve stem cover gasket, etc) or just getting the kit which includes all that.

I soon have to do this. Would it be at all possible to take pictures of the teardown and reassembly so I'm not going in blind to this motor? Also an overall price of what you paid. I'm not sure what is in the "kit", but I hope your purchasing head bolts too.

thank you

yes, all gaskets have to be replaced in the process. and the head bolts can NOT be used again.
