Well, it has been awhile since I updated everyone. But, it has been awhile since I have had any news. I FINALLY got my reimbursement check for the first payment on Friday. Ford has been in contact weekly the whole time, and told me they forwarded the funds to the dealership weeks ago. Anyway, I am not sure who took so long to get it out to me.. but it finally arrived. Ford has been very professional and proved that keeping me satisfied and ensuring everything went well is top priority. Like I said before, the same customer relations employee has been calling me weekly with updates and to check on my truck. I imagine her call tomorrow will be the last one... Let's hope I don't have any other reasons to need her help! Truck has about 3700 miles now without any issues, well.. except for that little squeak coming from the dash. I can deal with that though!!
