I want to replace the cams in my 2000 5.4
I understand intake and exhaust diration but i dont know about lift and all that
what kind of horsepower can i expect with a new cam and valve springs?
can anyone recommend a set of cams for me?

comp cam..but with out good heads,you wont gain much...read here...
