My 1991 f150 truck with a 302 with 48,000 miles on it. It stalls when you get up to a stop sign or when you slow down at a stop sign. Then you step on the gas to go again it just about stalls then takes off. Anybody had this trouble What did you do?

 

My 1991 truck was stalling as seen above. Also when you coming to a stop or turning the engine would rev up go back down rev up causing the truck to jolt with out pushing on the gas. Gas milage also sucked. It also idled fast sometimes and unstable idling. I was looking at a manual on my for truck and one of the sensors said it could cause the same symptoms. So I bought a throttle position sensor. I put it on and it works like new it solved the problem. Also the sensor had bare wires coming from it so i bet that had something to do with it. Anybody else have that trouble?
