Could someone check these codes for me. My computer threw these codes over the weekend 136 and 141. What are the results?

Both codes are indicating the PCM is having problems with its internal diagnostics for the downstream (post cat) O2 sensor.

Most likely cause will be one of the following (in no particular order):

Damaged wiring harness or connector
Bad connection due to water/dirt/etc..
O2 sensor
PCM internal fault


Start with the connector and harness inspection.
