Ford wont do it (in fact theyll probably void your warranty if you take it to the dealer with that pulley on it).
You need to get in touch with one of the lightning tuners (see the supporting vendors page, and visit the lightning forums part of these boards) and tell them what kind of pulley it is and get the appropriate tune for it.
