1997 - 2000 5.4L engines should all use the same COP. Here is a picture of my 1999.

F7TU-12A366-CD
1L2U-12A366-AA

Here is a link to a .pdf file that has some possible x-refs

Cool Question

What's the difference between the two that you have shown me, did your truck come with both? Thanks!

I personally couldnt tell you for sure. I would suspect its just changes in the part number throughout the lift of the run, with no actual changes to the COPs...but thats just a guess

The yellow one was replaced by the black one which was replaced by whatever is on the truck now. I lost the #4 cylinder COP twice because of the dreaded leak from a hose that is above it (its documented in a Ford TSB somewhere).

I think Ford makes engineering changes now and then and thats why the numbers are prefixed/suffixed differently. The core part number is the 12A366 but the part numbers can be different depending on the vendor (like the DG numbers).

OF-121 . . . . . . . Coil On Plug
FORD:
12LU-12A388-AA,
1L2Z-12092-AA,
F7TU-12A366-AB,BA
F7TZ-12029-AB, BA, CA, CC,
DG-467,
DG-481,
DG-491
