My 2007 F-150 has just over 500,000 miles on it with original engine and transmission, with no cam phaser replacement, just basic maintenance work, i am the second owner and the only mechanic to have ever worked on it, all i have been running on it has been 5W-20 with a Quart of Lucas oil stabilizer and she runs beautifully

 

500k on a 3 valve without replacing timing components and oil pump is very impressive.
