Estimate my HorsePower

Could anybody give me a "ballpark" number on my horsepower with the mods that I've made (listed below).

but will be trying the Hi-octane tune on the next fill-up

Are the 05 4.6l engines 230hp stock?

Does it have any chrome?
Chrome adds 50 horse power.
