Heli-coil blew out

I had the spark plug blowout problem on my 1998 F-150 w/ 100k miles.

I got the plug Heli-coiled about 6 months ago and it just blew out today.

Question: What are my options? Can I add another helicoil with a bigger circumfrence or what? Any suggestions?

Thanks much!

I have treaded inserts. They are not helicoils. You tap out the head, blow out the chips screw the insert in using a plug. When you remove the plug there is a tool that is used to set the insert by expanding the top.

I'd be willing to send you the tap, tool and insert(providing I have the right size) for a deposit and shipping. Deposit will be returned when I get the tools back.

This sounds great.. I was told though that since I've already used a heli-coil that this is not an option?

Can I still use this kit? Where do I buy the stuff and how do I know what size?

The blown plug is the 3rd one from the front on the passenger side. Do I have to remove the head? Because if so, I can buy a junkyard head for $150.

THanks again for the help!
