Accelerating Between 30-50 MPH

I am having trouble accelerating between 30-50 mph. Once I get past 50 it runs fine. If I decelerate below 50 the truck struggles to get back up to speed. I just recently changed the fuel filter. The dealership put it on the machine and could not fine anything. What should I do?

If it happened after the filter change, then I have to ask did you install the filter backwards??

Try cleaning your MAF sensor elements.

Question

Any smoke from the tailpipe during this acceleration? I had an 01 4.6 that would smoke a little at that speed during acceleration.
