mass air cleaning/gutting

can somebody tell me how to gut the maf and a good way to clean it? and if i need it what size security torx bit i need for the maf,i noticed it had em on there but don't have any and don't wanna buy a whole set

nevermind guttin it,last time i was on here everybody was
talkin bout it and now i figured i'd give it a try but i found
alot of people sayin its a bad idea,so i'll have to try and
squeeze some more ponies out of somewhere else for now

Hi

You need to remove mass airflow from truck and spray a little CRC Brakleen brake parts cleaner Non-Chlorinated just dont go crazy I was told to do this by the people at Granatelli

I always use a quick-dry non-residue electrical parts cleaner that I get from Kragen or Autozone. Not to comfortable about using Brake cleaner on the Maf.
