Bigger Throttle Body

I was looking at upgrading to a 75mm throttle body on my '99 with the 5.4 It is an all stock engine with the exception of a chip and true dual exhaust. I won't have to change to bigger injectors or will I?

I am also considering supercharging my truck. Who has done this and what are your thoughts? Thanks

If you are going to S/C the engine with a roots type you should just wait it out, rather then going to all the work on the stock T/B and the T/B elbow.

As for the 75mm T/B upgrade, this is what Neal told me he did.

Good luck post back if you have more questions

Thanks for the reply.

As for the intake being only 70mm I have a question. A few weeks back on Horsepower TV they did an upgrade of a larger TB on a Mustang. THey acutally ported/polished the intake by taking the larger TB's gasket, then they traced it out on the intake and removed the excess. What do you guys think about doing this on our 5.4s?
