100,000 Mile Club
I have 117,415 miles on my 1997 F150 4WD and I have had not a single problem with it. I'm in the process of change the stock look to a little more performance look. I have added a SI/DO exhaust system from summit racing, put on 265 75R16 Cooper Discover STT tires, and next is an air intake from K&N. These trucks are like a fine wine they only get better with age.

95 F150 Flareside, 5.8L 114,000, the only thing wrong at this point would be the need for an smog pump replacement at a whopping $50 (the bearings are getting noisy), however I did just have the tranny rebuilt due to a "user error".
I do take issue with the idea that hitting 100K is a sign of a good vehicle in todays market. 100K in a fuel injected vehicle is the minimum you should expect. Since I've owned fuel injected vehicles (real FI, not that glorified TBI carburetor crap) I haven't sent one to the scrap heap that did not have over 200K. In fact a couple went simply because there was no body left.
Anymore, I'm more concerned about the body and frame construction than the engine. Chances are you'll fall through the floor boards before the engine dies if you take care of it. This summers projects include replacement of the rear spring mounts (all rusted to crap), already did the rusted out oil pan (10 cars and trucks in over 30 years, never had an oil pan rust out until this truck) and replacing rocker panels before they really start to rust out.

01 Screw 4.6L, 4X4, 146k miles on it. Head gasket blew at 38k, 1 COP went bad at 101k. Lost the radiator at 120k, but I think something hit me to cause that one. She has tended to spark rattle a bit lately, so it is definitely time for an injector and intake cleaning. My 93 Ranger I had before the Screw had 220k on it when I sold it.

Wooohooo!!!!
Just rolled 110k on my 1998 F150 4x4 Lariat scab flareside on my way to college this morning. Got the truck in August 2004 after I got back from Iraq . It had around 76000 on it when I picked her up. My fiance (now wife) found it for me and had her dad check it out before I got home. They even got some $$$ knocked off the price for me. Just had to sign the papers. We immediatly drove to San Diego from here (east of ST. Louis, MO). Only had a couple of problems with the rear end since then. Planning on adding some mods. I'm not going to give up this truck 'til after I graduate. The amount I drive I could have close to 200K by the end of the year. Congrats to all you 100+Ker's.
