I have a 2000 F150 (7700) that has 196.000 miles on it, and doesn't leak a drop of anything from anywhere and stills starts like the day it was new.

03 Expedition 5.4L EB - 120K. Still going strong! Only had to add an 2nd tranny cooler and regular oil changes, etc... Spark plugs at 90k.

I have developed a wierd squeak in the front braking system I am trying to run down. Other that that I am a happy owner!

Just turned over 100,000 yesterday on my 2004 FX4 Supercab. After some pulley replacements and a new coil pack in the last 6 months, she's still running strong.

I just hit 100k this week I have a 2005 supercab 5.4 XL. what the most effective service I should do to keep my truck running for another 100K?? I had a pretty much trouble free 100k. I just been changing worn out tires , do oil changes, lube changes and brake fluid changes. any comments out there?

I got a 99 f150 with the 4.6 that just rolled over to 295,000 today I bought the truck used with right at 60,000. Best I can tell it is all pretty much still original...ie altenator, starter, ect. since I have owned it I have replaced three batteries, one fuel pump, and my biggest exspence was I had to replace the ECM (computor) Other than the obvious tune ups, brake jobs, and tires...this has been one of the best vehicals I have ever owned. Its still runs strong and has good pulling power. I have noticed a ticking sound though from the engine when I start it up on a cold morning, other than that still runs good as new. My advice to you....no modifications....trust in Motocraft replacment parts
and just good routine maintenance. ( Just watch....my truck will problably throw a rod tommorrow...lol)

2001 F150 SuperCrew here... 165K miles and only had to do ball joints at 80K, spark plugs at 99K, shocks at 150k and 2 coil packs at 153K. Everything else is just routine maintenance and/or scheduled fluid changes. I do need to re-solder that odometer connection though.

97 F150 4x4, 4.6 with 205,000 and running strong, back brakes are crap, this has been only issue, starter and alternator rebuild, tranny flush, plugs at 100k, couple of batteries. One front wheel bearing unit went out and I changed both, I am going for 300k.
