Swap e150 4.2 engine into f150
I need another engine for my 2006 f150 4.2l I found a used e150 4.2 used. Do they interchange?

What year on the E150 and how much are you looking to interchange?

I believe the e150 engine is a 2002 not sure going into a 2006 f150

The engine itself will work, but not the electronics or the mechanics that run the engine. You'll need to do some swapping.
