Talked to BG rep today.....
Just wondering why you couldn't use some sea foam type of cleaner that goes right into the intake to clean this stuff off?
I seriously doubt its causing an problem as there are a ton of these trucks running around and even though people have reported some oil in the intakes or even the valves I've yet to hear any first hand reports of it affecting the engine performance or longevity.
On a side note taking oil vapor and routing it inside an engine is great for emissions and bad for performance. The effects of oil mist on octane and significant and if you are trying to get a good tune or more boost getting oil out of the intake is great. On my turbo street car removing the oil from the intake was mandatory. Actually removed the pcv system and added a vacuum pump to pull out the pressure and save my seals.
