Talked to BG rep today.....
The way I see it is with the "test" marketing engine Ford had, it had more miles on it than I will put on my truck before it is sold. The valves looked fine. Yes they were a little dirty, but not so much that they were causing issues. All of the specs were within normal. If it turns out this is an issue, then I would expect it to be hearing of it showing up in the trucks of those who drive a lot of mile every day. I've not heard anything except "this will happen to you."
The premise is that there is nothing you can do to stop it (except add the cans) and it will happen to you. It has nothing to do with the fuel you use. Why are the trucks that are being driving a lot not showing these issues yet? They should be. I normally sell my vehicles when they hit around 140k anyway so I'm not worried about it.

Hey guys I appreciate all the helpful posts in this thread. But it still stands to matter, is anyone willing to post some guides for less experienced DIY types, either for the catch cans or for self diagnosis? Aussie (I think) mentioned that we could e-mail him for details. How about posting the information for all to see?

Don't hold you breath for those pictures
See my post #66......I have sent pictures to 2-3 others that e-mailed me. If you look at them, the setup is simple and self explanatory. This is not rocket science.......Mr. 2 post.

This post is dead. A lot of hype for nothing. It's not rocket science to post pictures.

Aussiekeeper's Catch Cans
Here are some pics of aussiekeepers catch cans. The tape is to indicate where the lines run as all the engine compartment lines are black.
aussiekeeper; do you have a contact name for the cans or do I need to order thru you?

Thanks beaker80 and BlueJay for posting the pictures. The system is working very well. When I empty the cans, takes less than 30 seconds, I pour the oil back into the oil filler, it is NOT foul looking or smelling.
Pretty much, computers are not my thing...........

I understand that! Can be a bit overwhelming at times.

THERE'S OIL in mine. only 900 miles on the dot.
Aussie may be onto something. I don't know about others but after following this thread I decide it doesn't hurt to check mine. I check passenger side and there is oil on both the intake end and the valve cover end. Driver side is just a hint of stain, but passenger is oil on it. I could only imagine when driving how much oil vapor gets shot up through there when in full boost. I will be looking at catch can for sure to determine how much is actually getting through as it seems that is the only real way finding out the truth. I think with the previous guys who says no oil in there is getting lucky. Maybe each truck might react a little bit different(Quality control anyone?). I don't know about others weather theirs is really clean or just denial, but I know mine has oil and am not going to just watch that sh*t keep getting in the intake.
Wondering why instead of going to the intake why didn't ford or all manufacturers just re-line directly to the oil pan, won't that solve a lot of problems with the deposits? maybe they all know something and I'm an idiot for asking that, but sure as hell would like to know why they didn't do that.
