Rough running, no power

I have a 2006 regular cab long bed 4.2 v6 that I just got from my company. The former employee says to me it just has a bad tank of gas or something. I get it home doing 30mph and let it run until its nearly out of gas then put 10 gallons in it. Still runs rough and barely 40mph.

I take off fuel filter and turn key on, barely dribbles out.

I install new air filter, Motorcraft oil and filter, Motorcraft fuel pump and fuel filter and not any better.

Drive the next day and fuse #33 blows.
The check engine code is p0352

I install Motorcraft plugs, wires and coil pack, and still has no power and now a/c compressor does not come on. I checked all the fuses and still have code p0352.

Any suggestions???

Take it back, sounds like someone beat the crap outta the motor and passed it on to you.

Check the fuel pump driver module on the frame above the spare tire for corrosion.
