Dual 16" fans will be fine..you can use the same belt. You are just taking the fan/clutch assembly off of the pulley.

The only time you will need a new belt is if you install UDP's as well as the efan.

BTW, truck is in the shop getting the Mark VIII installed. I know alot of people say its easy, but if something goes wrong, I want to be able to take it back in and have someone to blame besides myself! And mind you, this is the FIRST time I have not been a DIY project

The pulley stays, because it also drives the water pump. You simply remove the fan from the pulley.

UDP is in. Id say about 5 more HP to the wheels. You notice it the most when you are accelerating (obviously)

Programmer, UDP, E-Fans probably 20 HP, slight noticeable difference.

if you dont drive it like you stole it you will get noticably better gas mileage. but as it goes, more power = stand up on it!

I am getting about 1 mpg better with the UDPs and Efans in. I am also driving alot more aggressively than I normally do cuz I want to play around with the new setup. So once I go back to driving a litte more conservatively I expect that number to go up a little more.

so i guess my other question is, do you feel for the gains you aquired (mpg & hp) is it worth it money wise. i would hate to sink 1k or so and feel like it was all a waist.
