are you talking about city driving? because your buddy may be talking highway. I get 12 city/21 highway.

regearing means you will have to swap the rear axle. its around $200-$400 depending on what you get. and a tuner would also help, they run ~$400 as well.

city driving not really worth all that money to fix the mpg anyone know if 35s fit stock?
