Spark PLugs

What are the best Spark Plugs to use in the 2001 F-150 4.2 Ext Cab with 5 speed ?
Brand , type and gap ?
Also brand Coil pack ? AcDelco or Motorcraft ?

Wires - Motorcraft WR6110 - $47.79/set
Coil pack - Motorcraft DG532 - $77.79

Tube of dielectric grease from any parts store.

The 4.2L doesn't like anything but the OE standard SP504 Motorcraft Platniums. Gapped to 0.054". I bought mine at AutoZone for $4.99/ea. Dunno about the other stuff yet, havent replaced those just yet.
