fuel rail tool?

I'm changing my intake gaskets on my 97 4.2 and need to remove fuel the lines from the rail. Is the tool for this available from a regular parts store, or does ford have a special tool. I'm at that point. something I can get at auto zone / or advance auto? Or a trick to do it with out?
I have the one for the fuel filter is it the same for the rail?

Thanks

Geo

I bought the metal ones from autozone and had to return them, there is a set of plastic tools that worked like a charm though

Yeah, I borrowed that 3/16" (I believe) plastic clip releaser from AutoZone and from what I saw, it is the same connector on all the fuel lines. They hold $10 as collateral then when you return it they give it back, so why not go grab it before you start just in case?
