Does it sound like a heat shield (piece of tin/aluminum) near the exhaust rattling?

An 07 should still be on warranty - go have the dealer listen to it.

so i pretty much think I found it, got to the house today and since it wasnt raining(thankgod) I opened my door to see if i could hear it with the truck running....moved forward and back a few times then put the e-brake on and could still hear it, crawled under the truck and hit a few more things but could still hear it......but finally I listened and listened and finally found the sound........apparently my dual exhaust hanger in the back has come loose and everytime I go to pull off its vibrating against it making the noise...soooo looks like I just gotta get it welded back into place and ill be good :-)

That certainly isn't covered by Ford warranty - but it should be covered by the exhaust shop's warranty.
