You are talking about flywheel HP, not rear wheel. Stock flywheel is 202, that's about 150 at best at the rear wheels.

Yeah x2 these trucks loose alot of power though the drivetrain. ive seen 3 (i think) stock 4.2 dyno sheets and NONE of them made over 170rwhp. most around 150-160. If you look around you can find dyno slips for these.

Im definitely not downing your project. but id saay theres no way your getting 350 RWHP with out NOS or FI.

Just build on heck of and engine and run 10-15 psi of boost though it and call it a day. with that much boost you might be surprised what you get!

im not arguing just giving a helpful hand. Id say try to build a good motor thats cranking out 250 RWHP if you can do that then 450 RWHP after you get the turbo's all hooked up wont be hard!

Don't so defensive. What are planning on doing to get 350?

I didn't see where you said exactly what the parts were going to be ..

Well his sig says twin turbos on the way, that said you shouldnt really care about trying to hit 350 rwhp, turbos will make it all good

trust me mayhem, i went through the same ordeal. i have a K&N '77 series and a magnaflow exhaust. i thought thats where i was, but i got dynoed thie past spring, and wasnt happy, but wasnt mad either, just depressed. in my gallery i have a copy of my dyno sheet. i put down 154 rwhp and 200 rwtq. the reason the numbers are low is becuz of my auto tranny taking alot of the power, my speed limiter not allowing to go over 100, and the rev limiter cutting the truck off at like 4500-4800. if u look close enough you can see it was still climbing steeply when it cut off. i will get another one this fall since i will have a programmer w/ a 87 perf and 89 perf tune.

all of yall r welcome to view the sheet. im not ashamed, and frankly if u bash it, i wont care.

I don't, I just have a slow Mustang. I don't even know why I'm still here ...

... Of course, I'm just kidding.
