hey tj, and everyone else,

got my truck put on the dyno this morning....and got around what i expected.

154.07 rwhp 200.18 rwtq

the guy told me that that wasnt the max amount, that because i have an automatic, and the speed limiter is still active, i was cut short about 10-15 rwhp and 10-15 rwtq. so this summer im getting a diablosport tuner and gonna have gear heads tune everything for me. im trying to scan the printout onto my computer, but its not cooperating. so there is an (almost) base line for future mods.

Damn I'm good! just under my 155 guess.

Now get a tuner. I dont know how much the diablo is but my Xcal kicks the crap out of a diablo.

I can't seem to find any diablos for anything under 04.

really? i lookd on ebay, and find a couple for 99-03 F150, Expidition, etc for about $315 with like $12 shipping. the guys at gear heads, the place in south arlington where i got the dyno, said they got them for $400 and would do a custom tune and dyno it to get the most power out of it.

the guy that owns the place that dynoed my truck yesterday said they could do it. and he knows that i have a 4.2 because they kinda snickered when they opened the hood. but im going to look around this summer, and then take it to them when i come back to school and have them tune it.

well i followed 2 GTOs that laid down 300 rwhp. they specialize in mustang performance, so it was unusual to see a V6 f150 in their shop getting a dyno. a high school kid followed me and laided down 326 rwhp in his SS camaro. so i looked VERY put of place.
