Horse Power ?

Im a new member to the site and my 2000 f150 i have an air raid intake and a vortex muffler,but i was wondering how much hp my truck has stock and maybe what it may have now. thanks for you re input

Stock is 205 at the flywheel, the intake and exhaust adds around 10 hp.

well since this is the v6 section n his truck is a 2000 he has 4.2

No, I think you are wrong... if he has a 2000 with a v6+v2 would equal a v8... but if he's running a v8-v2 it would come out to a v6... but it could have a detrimental effect on the horsepower being outputted if he was missing 2 cylinders... by adding more cylinders, he could potentially gain some horsepower. But in the end, it would still come out to a 4.2l v6.

Im putting down 168 RWHP with an Exhaust, Underdrive pulley, AF1 Intake and a Troyer custom tuned Xcal2.

That much for a muffler only and probably a shinier intake tube and air filter?

I'm thinking that's about 8 HP's too high.

202 hp was the spec for 2001 but in 97-98 the 4.2 was around 180 hp. i think it depends how you can rev for peak hp.
