Question frontend Vibration and squeak from left front.

I have a 2001 F150 and the front end vibrates between 40 and 42 mph. When I go slower or faster then 40 to 42 mph it goes away. I am not sue what it is. Can yall tell me what may be the problem? Also my left front sqeaks. I am not sure from what. My brakes pads still look new. I am not sure if it is my wheel bearing or not. Can yall tell me what could be wrong? Thanks.

Does it squeak when you turn the wheels side to side?If so your pitman arm might need grease. If it's factory it won't have a grease zerk. You can buy a grease needle and grease it that way. That should stop the squeak.
About the vibration,it could be a bent rim or an unbalanced tire or tires.Ran into any big potholes lately?

My tires are ballanced and my rims arent bent. What else do you think it could be?
