"Like New" ? With 68,000 miles and a torn seat ! Reality check !
Thats not "like new" thats what they call "used"
No disrespect or insult intended.
It is a nice truck, with some nice mods to it and plenty of life left in it but most people here will tell you that modification mean very little in value when it comes to resale time.
KBB (for my zipcode) puts an 04 lariat 4x4 w/ 68,000 in good condition at around 18k +
So, I think you have a reasonable asking price. How close to the asking price the truck will actually sell for depends on how much an interested buyer wants it and is willing to pay for it.
If a buyer is looking to purchase an F150 in the 04 +/- year, and is planning to mod it like you already have, then he could actually save himself some $$ by paying the asking price. Only time will tell.
I would definatly get that seat repaired properly. It is the Very first thing a potential buyer is going to see when he opens the door. In my opinion that is the 1st thing that would nock down the asking price.
As they say. You never get a 2nd chance to make a 1st impression.
Good luck with your sale.
