Yes, as long as the truck has not won. You can be nominated as many times as your truck is picked.

you have to partsipate in the truck of the month and be in good standings now for the site staff to consider your truck

so since we got the ball rolling back in feb of 09 (wow, seems like yesterday) does that mean we have to wait for january to finish up before we move onto the truck of the year?

In the same forum where you see these rules, you will see threads for the contest. Voting for January was just completed, and February will start in a few days, as soon as we have heard back from the nominees. Right at the moment, you can vote for the Truck of the Year.
