Post Truck go'z reverse in neutral

ok funny thing.. i always warm my truck up in neutral and thew warmer my truck gets the faster and more power neutral gets then my truck in neutral is halling *** in reverse like 4-5 mph man.. is this a tranny problem whats going on?

OK listen i know i shoould have rephrased it but here is the thing having the truck in N is like having it in R it gos backwards with huge power im wondering if its a tranny problem or something

What year truck is this and is it a auto or a stick. if itZ a stick disregard the following.

It sounds like your manual valve is in the wrong position. It could be that your shifter is out of adjustment. Do this, with your foot on the brake, engine running. Slowly move your shifter throughout each gear range. (P R N D 2 1) when you have it in 1 can you move the lever down any further. If you can, itZ out of adjustment. I'm not sure how to adjust it, I don't know what type of mechanical setup it has, a linkage or a cable.

Something similiar happened to mine, then it locked up completely. A bearing broke in the tranny. Dealer rebuilt it under warranty. No problems since. Good Luck.
