Dustoff and all: Our 99 had the orange sticker which was contact good until 8/31/99. Have had a series of transmission problems and ask one of the better service techs about the program. His answer was that Ford wanted feed back from the field everytime that a transmisson repair was performed. He felt that the engineering section was charting the problems and failure history of this model of tranny. Makes sense to me, as we try to do the same thing on our products at the plant. j.b.

My truck has the sticker too. If it has any weaknesses, the horse trailer will find them. It is very good at finding weak points in a tow vehicle.
