Question Trans Rumbles

I have a '94 F-150 w/76k and the Auto/Trans rumbles going 2-3 or 3-4. Would changing the fluid help or do I need to spend $$$ for a rebuilt trans. Does this problem get worse or should I get used to delayed shifting? I was thinking I'd reach 100k before dropping $$$ into this. Help and Thanks

It's the fluid. Do a complete fluid change, including the torque conveter. Change it every 25K and you shouldn't have the problem again.
